Surprisingly, you may make quick notes in every folders or every where on your computer with a super tiny tool called QuickDeskNote. It is really useful and handy because you can make notes without any effort in each folder you want to easily know what you should do with this folder. Moreover, you can make notes on desktop to remind you jobs to do. Just a little bit strange to install, but it’s cool.
First, download QuickDeskNote here. It’s a .INF file and is super small (4kb).
Then, right click on it and choose Install.
To add a note, visit the folder or where you want to place the note, then right click, choose New > QuickDeskNote
Next, instead of entering the name, you fill your note.
Finally, you can comment on that note by double click on it or right click and choose Comment
