Create Your Own Ubuntu Live CD Using Reconstructor

Create Your Own Ubuntu Live CD Using Reconstructor One of the beauties of Linux is the variety. There are so many distros (specific distributions of Linux) that you can make a choice from relying on your needs. However, it is not as flexible and customizable as creating your own distro.

Create your own distro? Is it a weird idea? Yes, it might be unless you know Reconstructor.

Reconstructor is a website that allows you to customize any distro of Debian or Ubuntu. You can strip all unused packages and only include necessary ones. Then, you can download your distro as a Live CD/DVD or an Disc Image.

More about Reconstructor, read Customize Ubuntu Live CD before downloading with Reconstructor
