It seems everyone needs to sync file across multiple medias these days such as PC, web, USB pen drive etc. And there are many applications out there allow you to do this task just with a single click. Today, I tell you another application to do this and with some significant features that may fit all of your needs: BestSync. Here are some significant features of this application.
Sync File with FTP server
We are in the first days of Cloud computing, so synchronizing data between your PC and cloud is become more essential. Once synced, you can access data from any PC connected to Internet. However, the process will take more time depend on your data and the speed of Internet.
Sync MS Outlook
It’s a little pity that BestSync only supports MS Outlook at the moment since I’m using ThunderBird. However, there are various ways to sync data between these two popular email clients and hope the developer will support other email clients in the next version.
Schedule the task
I find this is awesome since we are so busy these days and likely to forget this import task until we lost important data.
Automatically trigged when you plug your USB pen in to the PC
This is handy and saves us a bunch of time and I believe only BestSync now provides this feature. But it would be great it if automatically trigged by other events such as when a file is changed or a specific application is closed.
Only sync necessary files using wildcard pattern
We can save time and computer resource when using this feature wisely because we always don’t need to sync all file.
Encrypt/decrypt data
Although the main function of BestSync is to sync file, you can configure it to encrypt synced data on movable devices. So then you don’t care that anyone can access your secret files when you loose your USB pen drive.
